Customer Value Management

The right offer for each subscriber, at the moment it matters.

Bonyan Customer Value Management (CVM) is a real-time campaign platform for mobile operators and MVNOs. It watches calls, data sessions, messages, top-ups and roaming as they happen, and runs the right offer or service action for each subscriber within moments.

Marketing teams write campaigns themselves, as plain narrative scripts or as visual flows. Built-in contact policies make sure no subscriber is contacted too often.

Narrative campaign scripting

Write a Campaign Like a Story

Each step is one sentence, read top to bottom. The editor checks every expression as you type and shows how the audience splits before the campaign goes live.

Narrative script editor with a roaming welcome campaign
  1. The trigger, as a sentence “When a roaming event arrives where the country is one of…” — chosen with chips, not code.
  2. The audience, as it splits A live estimate of how many subscribers reach each step, re-estimated as you edit.
  3. The action Activate a package and send a message, with the contact policy checked first.
  4. Validate, test, save a version Every campaign is validated and test-run on one subscriber before it goes live.
Samples

Sample Campaign Scripts

Four campaigns as the script editor shows them. Every action passes the contact policy check first.

Roaming welcome pack

Activates a roaming data pack and greets the subscriber in the country they just arrived in.

when a roaming event arrives where event.country in ['TR', 'AE', 'DE', 'GB']

wave 1 · Welcome abroad — starts from the trigger
  if profile.sim_status == 'active'
    activate package ROAM-DATA-1GB
      msg "Welcome to {{event.country}}! A 1 GB roaming data pack is active on your line."
  otherwise straight on to end
end the journey.

Heavy caller upsell, with a follow-up wave

Offers a voice bundle to heavy callers, caps sends per hour, and follows up an hour later.

when a voice event arrives where event.duration > 300

wave 1 · Bundle offer — starts from the trigger
  if counter.calls_duration_daily > 1800
    if campaign.hourly_actions < 5000
      send promotion VOICE-BUNDLE-300
    otherwise wait 1h, then back to hourly send cap
  otherwise straight on to end
end the journey.

wave 2 · Top-up bonus — starts 1h after wave 1's offer
  if profile.balance < 5
    send promotion TOPUP-BONUS-20
end the journey.

Win-back of silent subscribers

Reaches subscribers with no activity for 30 days, then hands those who stay silent to the retention team.

when a subscriber has had no activity for 720 hours

wave 1 · Wake-up gift — starts from the trigger
  if profile.sim_status == 'active'
    send promotion WINBACK-1GB
end the journey.

wave 2 · Courtesy call — starts 3d after wave 1's offer
  if counter.data_weekly < 10 && counter.calls_weekly < 2
    call outbound call · script WINBACK-CARE · queue retention
end the journey.

Low balance micro top-up

Offers emergency credit at the moment a subscriber with almost no balance makes a call.

when a voice event arrives where event.duration > 30

wave 1 · Micro top-up — starts from the trigger
  if profile.balance < 1
    send promotion MICRO-TOPUP
      msg "Your balance is low. Reply 1 to borrow credit."
